On Saturday, June 11, the 83rd edition of the Bol d’Or Mirabaud took place: the world’s largest regatta in a closed basin.
438 boats were present to sail in the idyllic setting of the Leman Lake and its surrounding mountains.
Among them was the TF35 fleet, which was competing in the 4th leg of its circuit.
Throughout the first part of the race, our crew was among the first four in the general ranking, and the first of the TF35 fleet.
Unfortunately, as we approached the halfway mark of the course, Le Bouveret, the team had to abandon the race, due to a technical failure of one of the boat’s foil motors.
Relive the race, as if you were there.
