Despite his youth, Yann Jauvin has gained substantial experience already with multiple 29er and 49er campaigns. At 15, he joined the Pôle Espoir then the Pôle France and took on Olympic campaigns for Rio (2016) and Tokyo (2021). In parallel to his Olympic programme and selection for the 2016 Games, he gained extensive experience in both match racing and fleet racing across a wide variety of boats including the J80, First 7.5 and Longtze as well as the foiling GC32 and Moth. His diversity makes him a much sought-after sailor and his youthful ability will make him a valuable member of the Sails of Change TF35 team.
